E-Safety 

At The Federation of North & South Cowton CP School and Melsonby Methodist School we are committed to working with pupils, parents and the whole school community to safeguard children in the digital world.   E-Safety is a regular topic for assemblies, lessons and special days throughout the year. The children are taught about good online behaviours and how to protect themselves and their information whilst using the internet.

CEOP 

CEOP (The Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre) delivers a service dedicated to tackling the abuse and exploitation of children in the real and ‘e’ world.  By clicking on the button, young people and parents can get advice on a range of issues such as viruses, hacking and dealing with bullying online.

Childline Online safety

Childline offers a wide range of resources to help support children and youngsters along with their parents about how to stay safe online and to help understand the dangers.  The following are links to useful resources;
